The Minority Vendor Program invites firms and professionals to submit proposals for Sponsorship Sales Management. This contracted, commission-based role is instrumental in identifying, securing, and managing sponsorships that support the success of key initiatives, including the Minority Vendor Conference & Vendor Showcase.

Partners who can cultivate meaningful relationships with sponsors, develop compelling sponsorship packages, and negotiate agreements that align with MVP’s mission and financial goals are invited to submit proposals.

Alabama Prison Construction Project

The Alabama Legislature authorized the construction of two new men’s correctional facilities in Elmore and Escambia Counties as replacement infrastructure.

This initiative will allow the Alabama Department of Corrections to provide safer, more secure correctional environments that better accommodate inmate rehabilitation, enhance medical and mental health services, and improve the quality of life for those who live and work in them.

The State of Alabama is committed to a plan that achieves to the greatest extent possible a level of participation by minority businesses, with a focus on ethnic minority businesses.

Opportunities are available across multiple trades for this project, with additional procurement expected for non-construction services and supplies.

A Tier I contractor for a major construction project in Alabama is seeking skilled electrical trade professionals. If you have experience in electrical work and are looking for a chance to bring your expertise to a significant large-scale project, this could be your next big step!
